Services & Fees
Mental Health Clinical Evaluation & Assessment
At Infinity Counseling, we provide in-depth mental health evaluation and assessment services designed to help you gain a better understanding of your mental well-being. Our thorough evaluation process spans two sessions, during which we will gather all pertinent information and discuss your current thoughts and concerns. Afterward, we will compile a comprehensive report detaining our findings and recommendations, all for a fee of $350.00.
Mental Health & Counseling Services
Our individual counseling services cater to adults aged 18 and older, addressing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, emotional regulation, effective communication skills, and coping strategies. Each 45-minute session is priced at $150.00, with a sliding scale fee structure available to accommodate varying financial needs. Please note, we do not accept insurance at this time.
Neurofeedback - Brain Health Services
Neurofeedback is an innovative and effective technique aimed at optimizing brain health, allowing individuals to experience significant improvements in physical, psychological, and mental well-being. Through this powerful approach, our clients can achieve greater balance, enhanced cognitive function, and overall better health.
The initial evaluation, priced at $1250.00, provides a comprehensive assessment of your brain's activity and helps us tailor a personalized training program to meet your specific needs. Subsequent on-going training sessions are available at $110.00 per session, ensuring continuous progress and support on your journey towards optimal brain health.

Qualified Supervision Services
Are you a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern looking for quality supervision? Were you promised supervision through your employer and then denied that benefit? Look no further - Infinity Counseling, LLC can offer you a collaborative supervision experience!
Get your qualified supervision (100 hours) while tracking your clinical experience hours. Individual and Group Supervision available. Qualified Supervision Session $100 per hour.
In addition to providing a supportive and collaborative environment, we offer a wealth of information and resources for registered interns, including:

Rachel is a licensed mental health counselor and qualified supervisor (LMHC-QS) in Florida for Registered Interns – Mental Health Counselors (RI-MHC). Academically, she holds a Master’s of Science degree in Clinical Psychology and has completed all coursework at the doctoral level in Counseling Psychology, Health Psychology, and Neuroscience with a minor in Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI). Using her extensive education and experience, she focuses on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness techniques, and collaboration to empower her clients.
In addition to her counseling practice, she has 16 years of experience as a psychology professor, sharing her knowledge and expertise with the next generation of mental health professionals, nursing students, and a diverse population of lifetime learners. She specializes in neurofeedback, a cutting-edge technique that helps clients regulate their brain activity to improve mental health outcomes. As a qualified supervisor for the state of Florida, she provides guidance and support to emerging counselors, ensuring they receive the training and mentorship necessary for their professional development. She offers individual counseling to adults, both via telehealth and in-person sessions, adapting to the needs and preferences of her clients to provide the most effective and accessible care.
